Anyone out there just stop taking 9 months of anti-depressants cold?
What were your physical and mental reactions? Sick of the frigging things me.I get/got migraines,nausea,de-hydration,shaking,cramps all over the place,night and day sweats,lassitude and I'm eating like a man on a X-Rated pot binge,apart from that ,COOL! Can you relate? Back to straight! No Black and Blue..But the down symptoms,Do you know what I'm talking about? So Happy! HATE that crap!
But it's a done deal,brother..I quit smoking tobacco cold after 28 years+,but this is still a bit difficult..

Kit!! Don't do it!! You risk seizures and even worse things than that. You SHOULD do it through your doctor that prescribed them. But if you want to do it on your own, wean yourself off REALLY slowly. I mean 1/2 a pill less for 5 days. All the way down till you're done. You'll feel better almost immediately, and it'll be safe. Btw, you were just on the wrong med. It takes some people up to 7 tries to find the right one. I'm a fellow sufferer, and it took me 3 tries to find the right one. (Klonopin for ME.) Every body is so different. So if you get down in the dumps again, ask for a different category of antI-depressants. I hope that won't happen. Feel better soon!!
