Why does my HP digital camera have horizontal lines only with a pink discoloration in the photos but not video?
I can take videos with no problem, but taking standard photo returns with low horizontal lines with the background color pink pale. I tried to reset the unit and tried another SD card also with no luck. Any idea what causes this to happen and how to fix?
About 4 years ago I had an Olympus C60 sporadic horizontal bands, and Olympus warranty service could never be repaired right. After I raised a fuss they exchanged for another model. If your device is out of warranty, there is probably nothing you can do to fix it, but shopping for a new camera.
