To print your photographs you will need a good quality color printer. If photos are to be printed, high resolution does make a difference depending how large you want the picture to be. Lenses

The main drawback of digital cameras is shutter lag delays when the camera delays responding after you squeeze the button. It is possible you may miss the moment when photographing moving objects due to shutter lag. Some of the newer cameras are beginning to address the problem.

Select a camera that does what you want it to do, has features you will use and is priced in the range you want to pay. This will be the right camera for you. If your experience is limited and you do not want to take a lot of time learning how to use the camera, go with a point-and-shoot camera. Something without too many features. The feeling when using Sony DSLR A900 camera.

1. Sony DSLR A900 camera, the AF less well when compared with the Nikon D3/D700.
When in hunting the AF on A900 need more timeto lock the subjects. Specially at low contras.

2. Details and sharpness, dynamic range and the color results from that two are very satisfying.

3. A900 + Zeiss lens 24-70 + 135/1.8 have a strong resistance (body and its battery).

4. The monitor of A900 is too light and must be set to -2 if the setting are 0 because will display the captured image over exp around 0.3 - 0.5 stop.

5. Anti-dust system in its A900 is very good. better than the Nikon D700.

6. The poor thing in this Alpha System is the FLASH .... Alpha flash technology is very backward. Far away with the Nikon.

Depend on my experience, this camera still excellent compared with others as not much important thing disadvantages.

The Nokia C7 has a powerful 8 megapixel camera for video recording in HD, as well as a front facing VGA camera for video calling. The handset also features great messaging and email capabilities within its oval design and compact display offering simple touch control.
The handset has a 3.5 inch nHD AMOLED touch display with dedicated volume keys, home screen key and camera key also. Multimedia can be shared instantly with the integrated social networks which are featured on the unified home screen, being Twitter and Facebook respectively. Further entertainment meanwhile, can be sought from the ability to play games with the touch controls, including a dedicated graphics processor and including 3D capabilities. The handset also features a unified email client, along with a full HTML web browser with Flash support and a visual history to help return to liked websites.
In addition to its other features, the phone also presents both Assisted GPS and GPS receivers, allowing it to provide Wi-Fi positioning as well as support the preinstalled Ovi Maps which offers free in-car and on foot navigation, including for multiple countries. Additionally, the digital compass and accelerometer sensor ensure that the orientation of the compact display always keep you moving in the right direction.
The Nokia C7 offers an impressive number of preinstalled applications including easy messaging and email as well as social networking form the home screen, of which it offers three, each customisable for different times and places if you want. It also offers an impressive 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash and the ability to record great HD videos.

Finally A GPS Enabled Helmet Video Camera

Track your adventures with GPS embedded videos for the first time. The new ContourGPS is the latest camera from one of the big helmet camera manufacturers Contour. Playing Canon to the Gopro Nikon (or vice versa) they took their popular ContourHD 1080p camera and embedded a GPS reciever inside the camera.

Embedded GPS in still digital cameras has been a hot topic since last year and now has made it to the action video camera realm thanks to the ContourGPS.

Some uses these the new GPS enabled videocams can be used for:

training feedback on course runs
archive routes and run lengths you raced so you can revisit the course again
tracking competitive data for races
share unique videos with embedded GPS data, unlike other POV videos
Contour camera with a proven track record
reasonable price; only a slight premium over regular ContourHD 1080p camera
lots of mounting options compatible with earlier ContourHD cameras

Contour wisely kept the camera the same size while retaining all the 1080p recording options including:

Full HD 1080p, 1920 x1080 at 30 fps
Tall HD 960p, (1280 x 960 @ 30fps designed for sports like surfing that benefit from a taller image
Action HD 720p, (1280 x 720 at both 30 and 60 fps) for smooth motion and reduced blur and rolling shutter effect

The Contour helmet cameras are unique among video cameras in that they are built specifically for capturing action sports so they are encased in a rugged weatherproof case to withstand shocks and drops as well rain and mud splashes. Since shooting sports is different than everyday shooting these new cameras typically sport a much wider lens, 135 degrees in the case of the ContourGPS vs typically 50 to 55 degrees for a normal consumer video camera.

Another common feature of action sports cameras like the Contour are the customized mounts for attaching to all types of sports gear from surf boards to car bumpers.

The ContourGPS is still one of the lightest action cameras at 5.3 ounces with the battery and microSD card. With support of up to 32gb memory cards the ContourGPS will run out of battery life before you run out of video storage space.

Contour is giving away their new Storyteller software for video editing and embedding of the new GPS data onto the redesigned Contour web site to view the extra data. The moving GPS map runs alongside the video in a special player on their site so the GPS features won't show up if you post the same video to Youtube or other video sharing sites.

We plan to have more on the Contour GPS cam once we get one for review.
