i purchased a wecam+Digital Cam ,installd cd,but while using on yahoo msngr,it say web cam is nt connected,why
cam is in theshape of a pen, installed cd ,but not working on yahoo messenger,showing web cam not connected
The possibilities are two:
1. The web cam could not be installed. In this case, if you are using Windows XP, you can see the web cam in the My Computer section along with the hard drives. If the web cam is seen there, then you would probably need to re-install Yahoo messenger.
2. If it is a USB web cam, the USB hub power might be exceeded. In this case, try connecting it to another USB port, if you have any, and try repeating step 1 in case of problems.
